Legacy Hospice
Legacy Hospice uses a coordinated program of support services
for pain and symptom control for terminally ill people
and their families. This program provides home care
services with arrangements for inpatient care as needed.
Through HCRC Legacy Hospice offers the following services:
- Medical care by patient's attending Physicians
- Nursing Services
- Volunteers
- Therapies as prescribed by physicians
- Pastoral Care
- Bereavement Care
- Social Work
- Certified Nursing Assistants
- Payment for durable medical equipment, supplies, and
drugs that are related to the terminal illness
- Hospice plan of care
- Nurses on call 24 hours a day
