The Community at Osage Rehab makes available a broad range of Skilled Services.

• Registed and licensed nurses and certified nursing assistants
• Physical, occupational and speech therapists
• Attending physicians and urse ractitioners

Our hope is that our medical services will enhance the quality of life for each of our citizens.

Care and services provided within our community are coordinated with the resident and family and the decisions regarding medical care are determined by each individual.
