tradition of providing long-term care in the
Boulder community.
Nestled in a residential area, our facility offers
hilltop panoramic views of the foothills and
the city of Boulder, Colorado.
- Unique physical layout allows each of four floors to
be individually programmed and staffed
- Our staff is trained to assist and encourage our
residents in reaching their highest level of independence
- Daily therapeutic and leisure activities, planned
social events, and community outings are examples of
our focus on personal enrichment and satisfaction

- Canyon Pass - our community for memory impaired
individuals and Alzheimer's care
- Cherokee Pass - our neighborhood for those with behavioral
challenges who need a secure environment
