The Community at Colonial Manor of Anita makes available
a broad range of skilled nursing services.
We offer nursing care to chronically ill and frail elderly
as well as individuals recovering from strokes, heart attacks, orthopedic conditions or other illnesses and injuries.
The goal of our skilled nursing unit is to meet the changing
