depends on our team approach. Therapists, associates, residents and families work together to offer the resident the greatest opportunity for regaining independence.

Our Therapy Program may include:

• Assessment to evaluate rehabilitation &
  nursing needs.
• Wheelchair positioning
• Wound Care Services
• Therapeutic outings to enhance community based skills
• Weekly Rehabilitation meetings
• Home assessment to prepare for discharge to home or lower level of care

Additional Services Available as needed:

• Restorative Program
• Falls Prevention Program
• Bowel and Bladder program
