HCM Awards and Recognition

Employee of the Quarter Awards are presented to two individuals who are selected by the facilities. Each facility submits a candid synopsis based on the job performance, customer service and HMC mission and standards.

Employee of the Year Award is presented to one of the eight Employees of the Quarter. Each facility submits a rationale why that associate should be Employee of the Year. The Employee of the Year receives one week off with pay.

Years of Service Awards are given to full-time employees with 10, 15, 20, 25, 30 and 40 or greater years of service.
